Mnozí návštěvníci Mostu 20.0 si udělali udělali v hlavě duševní prostor a v rušném odpoledni si položili takové otázky. Jaké byly jejich odpovědi?

Když už jdu či jedu překonávat hranice nezapomínám nikdy sbalit ODVAHU, ODHODLÁNÍ a DOSTATEK SIL, vybavím se základními pojmy toho druhého světa a nastuduji si, co je pro něj příznačné. A aby se mi ty hranice překonávaly snáze, musím mít otevřené oči, srdce i mysl. A mít odvahu se něčeho vzdát, tím spíše něco nového získám. Alice

Veronika

Přece SVOJI HLAVU a ZUBNÍ KARTÁČEK. A zpáteční jízdenku, kdyby to náhodou…. Tomáš

1# Pas.

Při překračování hranice mi vždycky přišlo zásadní mít v hlavě nějaké VOLNÉ MÍSTO – kapacitu, kterou mohu vjemům, lidem, zvukům, pocitům a případným diskomfortům věnovat. Místo, kde je mohu prožít bez obav z přehlcení, jež vytváří strach a člověka uzavírá. O.

Well … I would sure have picked some book into the suitcase… They’ve always been this borders-demolishing artefacts for me… I would not be able to pick one in particular, but neither would i pick anything else in the suitcase. Jan

Clenched teeth and fists and closed eyes to be simultaneously on guard and feel protected by not seeing what is there on the other side of the border. I am right now on a train on my way to Kiev because in two days my residence permit expires so I have to cross the border back to my country of citizenship. What gives me strength is dreaming about the possibility of a no borders world. Luba

Ok, so the most important thing I had in my suitcase was relentless unwillingness to fail or give up again. Before in my life, I always quit, so I decided this time, no matter what will happen, that I would rather die before I quit again. And the moments where I wanted to quit came and they came often, but because I failed so often before, I had this voice in my head, that kept saying You are not going back! Second is the will to risking things and be positive. I work a lot, especially to stay in a positive mindset. I am far from mastering it, but my thoughts don’t work against me anymore. And finally hard hard work. I didn’t know how hard you have to do to get the stuff you want, but now I do. This is something I hadn’t in my suitcase, but now I have this mindset to to whatever it takes, which taught me that hard work is a powerful tool. Now I know, if you work hard, there are no limits. Yoni, moved from Tel Aviv to Budapest

I have realised that my awareness of borders of all kinds has increased as I have gotten older. Whenever I find myself overwhelmed by borders of land or of the human psyche, I find it helpful to try and think again as a child. Cahal

Books are the one truly invaluable tool for crossing borders. Inside the best of them lies the collected wisdom of all humankind. Within them are the solutions for all challenges. This is because true borders lie not in demarcations of territory, but within the human heart. Unknown
